Solving Niche Drama

I constantly hear entrepreneurs asking what their niche should be.

If you’re not familiar with what a niche is, let see how Google defines it:

adjective
1.
denoting or relating to products, services, or interests that appeal to a small, specialized section of the population.

It sounds pretty harmless, but there is definitely brain drama around defining a niche.

Believe me I went through this confusion myself. Then I was able to see what was really important and get to work.

Now I have what I like to call ‘the reverse niche’ process.

My clients and I sit down and define all aspects of their business. We delete what doesn’t make sense and start building on the most helpful parts for the client and their customers.

Doing this work creates the niche so simply without any of the confusion.

In fact, it gets my clients right to their niche almost immediately.

I LOVE that.

I like to say that we find the niche backwards.

It honestly feels like the niche finds my client.

It’s an awesome process that I love to do.

You’ll love it too.

Let’s get to work!
